With various engineering competencies spread throughout our diverse team, we are continually developing our current and future LucaNet products. We are in constant exchange with our consultants, product managers and other departments.

As a product team, we work cross-functionally with software development in project teams. Together, we solve any issues our customers have when it comes to our product. Whether that means working on finance topics, our software or further developing our technology. Our aim is to increase our customer’s business performance while simplifying their processes through a smart and seamless UX-experience. 

In consulting, our main objective is to provide our customers with the smartest solution and a smooth implementation. We are responsible for all implementation services and advising on all financial and business topics, helping our customers to create transparency along their financial processes and have a single source of truth for all financial data. In Addition to the LucaNet solution, our services in dashboarding & analytics as well as disclosure management, allow us to provide our customers a wide range of services to all finance professionals.  

In our International Operations and Channel teams, we are driven by the ambition to explore new market opportunities and provide value for our international customers. We work closely together with our international colleagues from all our offices as well as with our extensive partner ecosystem to enable, support and maximize our impact.

As the Support team, we are the point of contact for questions and problems concerning our software. Our Support department unites our knowledge of accounting standards, databases, networks, and interfaces. We work hand in hand to ensure that we always have an overview of specialist solutions.

In Customer Success, we help our customers improve their processes with LucaNet. We help them understand our product, take in their feedback, and support their growth. Our goal is to provide long-term customer value and high satisfaction.

Our Sales team is on the front lines of our business and therefore the point of contact for our prospective customers and further support. Cooperation with our partners worldwide, organization of sales events and industry webinars also take place in this department – both nationally and internationally. We offer targeted solutions, turning potential customers into satisfied customers.

In this department our various People, Organizational Development and Legal teams come together. Our mission is our people. We strive to be of service and support our people as strategic partners and enablers for the success of the entire company. Whether it be Talent Attraction finding the right people, People Enablement, Business Partnering and Operations taking care of our teams through all stages and fostering our growth environment or our Workplace Experience & Event team creating a unique and integrated experience for our employees, customers, and partners – in cooperation with our Legal team, we want to support LucaNet and its people in achieving our strategic ambitions along our growth journey.

In our Finance team, we support the various areas at LucaNet with Finance Operations, Controlling, Accounting & Tax and Corporate Finance as well as Business Intelligence. This ensures that we drive our growth journey with data-based decisions and financial health.

In our IT team, we ensure that everything runs smoothly at LucaNet. We focus on supporting all requirements around our product and growing SaaS platform as well as automate and simplify services and ensure our information security.

In our Marketing team, creative communication professionals with branding expertise and market analyses work together as a team to create a unique brand experience for our customers and partners using marketing insights and integrated brand communication. We support LucaNet’s growth and generate leads for our sales team as well as create marketing initiatives that understand the challenges of our target group.
